Returns & Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 7 day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.
Return Conditions
- You must bear the direct costs of returning the items.
- Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 7 days after receipt.
- Notification must be sent via email to: hweise82@proton.me
- After notification, you must return the shipment within 7 days.
- You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
- Custom-made goods or items with a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Digital content not delivered on a physical medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may test the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.
If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered "used," and you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. If there is a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or documentation of the return.
Warranty (Right of Complaint)
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse of the product.
