Prices

At Maren Tshirts, all prices are stated in EUR and include local VAT and taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. All orders are subject to availability and items being in stock.

Payment

Maren Tshirts accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard.

The payment will only be debited from your account once the order is dispatched. All amounts are charged in EUR. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for items that are out of stock or discontinued.

Delivery

Maren Tshirts aims to dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day.

Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide.

Flat Shipping Rate: €15

Excluded Areas: We do not deliver to North Korea.

Carriers: Your goods are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx or other local carriers.

Estimated Delivery: Your item will typically be delivered within 21 business days after ordering.

Special delivery terms may apply to certain goods. These terms will be specifically stated prior to the purchase.

Right of Complaint (Warranty)

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price.

The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse of the product. You must notify us of the defect within a "reasonable time" after discovering it. Maren Tshirts will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent for valid claims.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

We offer a 7 day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

Return Conditions:

You must bear the direct costs of returning the items.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 7 days after receipt.
Notification must be sent via email to: hweise82@proton.me
After notification, you must return the shipment within 7 days.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal:

Custom-made goods or items with a clear personal touch.
Sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.
Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Digital content not delivered on a physical medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may test the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered "used," and you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. If there is a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted.

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or documentation of the return.

Governing Law

Any agreements entered into under these terms and conditions are governed by the law of Spain. Any disputes arising in connection with your purchase from Maren Tshirts (Sole Proprietorship of Philipp Sebastian Berger) will be resolved by the courts in Spain.

To process your order, we require the following information: name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as your order history.

We process your data for the sole purpose of delivering your goods and handling inquiries. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
